Physically Educated person has to have movement skills

The National association for Sport and Physical Education says that a physically educated person is someone who can take skills that are needed to do a variety of physical activity. The person needs to also do these activities on a regular basis and know what they get out of doing these activities. They also have to be fit and value a healthy life style. In order to do an activity like a life long sport like tennis the person has to be able to combine locomotion, manipulation, stability skills and bring them together to perform different and more advanced skills. Like swinging a racket at a moving ball and being able to hit that ball back to a target. If the person could not run or even walk to the place where the ball is going then that person is not able to perform that task. This can also be shown in any other lifetime sport.
